Hi, I’m Sasha,
It’s great to connect with you, and I’m excited to share a bit about my journey toward becoming a healthier, stronger version of myself. My health journey began in 2020 after a skiing accident left me with a broken leg. I spent four months bedridden, unable to walk, followed by more than two and a half years of intense physiotherapy. At the time, I weighed nearly 200 lbs, my energy was at an all-time low, and I was experiencing the darkest period of depression in my life. The recovery process was challenging, and even my daily activities became difficult. That’s when I realized I needed a change—and it all started with food.
I enrolled at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as well as The Institue Of Intrigrative Nutrition, where I developed a deeper understanding of the benefits of a balanced, whole-food lifestyle. By embracing these changes, I lost almost 70 lbs in seven months, all while enjoying beautiful, flavorful, whole foods and zero restrictions. But what I gained in return was far more valuable than weight loss. Through prioritizing my health, I cultivated self-love and strong resilience, overcoming long-standing challenges.
Now, my mission is to teach you how to make yourself a priority and achieve your health goals. There are no “good” or “bad” foods—it’s all about balance and moderation. By the end of my program, you’ll feel empowered with a greater understanding of how to enjoy life’s pleasures while staying in control and making mindful choices for your body.
I’m here to support you every step of the way as we work together to crush your goals.
